CVS -16 is an intelligent multi-voltage sensor for connection to JLog2 , 2.5 and successor.

One can use CVS measure up to any 16 DC voltages , respectively 0..73,2V ( > 60V at your own risk !) , Or you can use it as a cell voltage sensor of any series circuits of electrochemical cells of z . B. LiPo packs .

The " intelligence" of the CVS -16 lies in its ability to monitor and statistical analysis of cell packs , implemented in software executed by a 32-bit ARM processor. He is more than a voltage sensor.

Another special feature is the electrical design. The measured voltages are completely isolated from all other electrical connections , not only on the data connection , and from the power supply to the CVS via the data bus , even from the R / C mass ! This not only essential safety when working with HV, it also prevents any possibility of ground loops and connection ways that could affect the measurement accuracy.
The board therefore separated internally two isolated worlds that konnektierende R / C world ( data bus , mass , power supply) , the CVS world with HV voltage inputs. The 16 inputs have no power causing relationship with each other .
